How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–8 weeks ahead, especially for weekends in the spring and summer. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible — just give us a ring!

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! Local delivery is provided within 25 kilometers for a flat fee of $75, and longer distances for an additional charge. We set up, anchor, test and pick everything back up after your party.

What are the site requirements?

Level ground, free of sharp objects or debris, that allows for the insertion of 18" safety stakes or placement of weighted water bags. You will need 3ft of clearance around and 15ft above the inflatable.

What if it rains or becomes too windy?

Safety first — we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge if weather turns nasty.

Are your bounce houses cleaned?

Every inflatable is inspected and sanitized after every single rental. No exceptions.

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for venues that need one.

Do you require a deposit?

A 25% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery.
